Clients are encouraged to call CondomMan directly for resolution with any issues involving your order.  Defective items replaced by the customer will be compensated with a credit memo or item replacement. 

-Any discrepancies or issues with shipment on arrival must be reported with in 14 days of receiving shipment.

-Returns not accepted on any merchandise invoiced 12 months or more. 

-Lubricants and other consumables are considered short expiration with a 6-month shelf life or less.  Any short expiration product must be reported within 2 weeks of receiving for replacement or credit.

-All non-damaged returns must be at the authorization of CondomMan.com and will be eligible for product credit only.  Non warranty and non-damaged returns will be shipped at client’s expense.  All elective returns will be at client’s expense.

-Clearance and Liquidation Items are final sale only and cannot be returned.
